More about our Evaluation Method: 


  • Movement Screen

Method uses a simple Movement Screening to evaluate whether a person has any limitations in functional mobility that may be hindering their ability to move before even entering the weight room. This ensures we create a program custom to your individual capabilities without putting you at risk for injury.

  • Goal Mapping

A quick but enlightening session with a Method coach where personal goals are discussed, recorded, and the first steps to mapping out a plan to achieve these goals are put in place.

  • InBody 270

Scales are a thing of the past. A person is so much more than what they weigh. Method uses its state of the art Inbody 270 to get initial readings of a person’s body composition before starting and then to track changes that occur during the program.
