I was very impressed that during a 1-hour evaluation that the Method coaches could identify my daughters needs and tailor a workout best for her. State of the art tools and program. She looks forward to getting to every session. Results? 1MPH improvement on her fastball each of the 2 months she has been working out at Method.
Method is a great place to help you reach your goals. As a swimmer, it is hard to find a place that really knows how to train me for the sport. They took the time to research and modify exercises, so they applied to swimming. If you want to feel like family and like someone cares about reaching your goals as much as you do, Method is the place to go.
My son has been going there and these guys are really informative. They took the time to explain to me what my son's deficiencies were. They now designed a program to correct these deficiencies and strengthen his already good form. His coach encourages him to be the best he can be. My son really loves it.
Their whole program is amazing. The trainers are great and really do care about what they do and the training they provide. My daughters are both swimmers and we already see results. They both have a stronger kick in the water and their endurance has increased also. I stumbled upon this place during a google search and I am so glad I found them. I would recommend them to anybody but especially to young athletes. I love the fact that each training is tailored based on the needs of each individual.
I have been a champion of Method to any parent that asks since Lily has been there over the past year and a half. I find what Lily gets at Method far superior to what she has gotten anywhere else.

I love Method because the took the time to make workouts to strengthen my weak spots, to help me get results and prevent injuries. Method is fun and challenging at the same time. I like that there are coaches to help and encourage, but you can do the workout at your own pace. I have had better results this year than I have in the past, even during a pandemic. I love how clean it is and I feel very safe working out there.
I just wanted to give some feedback about our experience with your facility. To start, we were former members at another facility. We decided to try your program out and boy are we pleased we did! To the personalized workouts, to the interaction with the coaches, my boys could not be happier with what they are experiencing! In just over 3 months Jada has shown tremendous improvements in her physical strength in the weight room and on the softball field. As a pitcher, her leg drive and core strength were big opportunities as were consistent body control from each outing on the mound. Jada has gained 6-7mph on her fastball since she began her training just over 3 1/2 months ago. (Her fastball PR is now 59mph, prior to Method it was 54.) Not only has her velocity increased since beginning her training but so has her control. The program the coaches have Jada on has increased her strength and additionally her overall athleticism, allowing her to have better body control while on the mound. From the first day at Method, each and every coach made Jada feel welcomed and has encouraged her to push herself and believe in herself. If you have an athlete that is serious about pushing themselves to be better and want more for themselves, Method Sports and Fitness is the place they should be training!
