In just over 3 months Jada has shown tremendous improvements in her physical strength in the weight room and on the softball field. As a pitcher, her leg drive and core strength were big opportunities as were consistent body control from each outing on the mound. Jada has gained 6-7mph on her fastball since she began her training just over 3 1/2 months ago. (Her fastball PR is now 59mph, prior to Method it was 54.)
Not only has her velocity increased since beginning her training but so has her control. The program the coaches have Jada on has increased her strength and additionally her overall athleticism, allowing her to have better body control while on the mound.
From the first day at Method, each and every coach made Jada feel welcomed and has encouraged her to push herself and believe in herself.
